It helps people figure out and talk about their feelings on a two-dimensional grid with high/low energy (y-axis) and pleasant/unpleasant (x-axis). It has four color-coded quadrants: blue (low energy/unpleasant), red (high energy/unpleasant), yellow (high energy/pleasant), and green (low energy/pleasant). It helps kids and adults become more aware of themselves, develop empathy, and learn how to control their emotions in a healthy way.
